From the initial consultation, most clients receive their first curated shortlist with full research summaries within 5–7 business days. For time-sensitive pre-launch opportunities, we can accelerate this timeline significantly.
Do I receive the research documentation or just the recommendation?
You receive both. Our research summary for each opportunity includes developer assessment, location thesis, pricing analysis, and exit scenario modelling. You can review, share, and build on it independently.
Can you research a specific project I'm already considering?
Yes. Standalone research on a specific project is one of our most requested services. We conduct independent developer evaluation, price benchmarking, and location assessment and provide you with our findings and honest recommendation.
Is AssetRise research available for commercial real estate as well?
